Crispy Hot Honey Feta Chicken Wrap with Garlic Yogurt Drizzle

 


Ingredients:


For the Chicken:


2 chicken breasts, cut into strips


1/2 cup all-purpose flour


2 eggs, beaten


1 cup panko breadcrumbs


1/2 cup feta cheese, finely crumbled


1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


1 tsp garlic powder


1/2 tsp paprika


Salt and black pepper to taste


Olive oil for frying


For the Hot Honey:


1/4 cup honey


1/2 tsp red pepper flakes


1 tsp lemon juice


For the Garlic Yogurt Drizzle:


1/2 cup Greek yogurt


1 clove garlic, minced


1 tbsp olive oil


1 tbsp lemon juice


Salt and pepper to taste


For the Wrap:




4 flatbreads or tortillas


1 cup lettuce, shredded


1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved


1/2 cup cucumber, diced


1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced


Directions:




Prepare breading stations with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of panko, feta, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.


Coat chicken strips in flour, dip in egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.


Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden, crispy, and cooked through.



In a small saucepan, warm honey with red pepper flakes, then stir in lemon juice.


In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.


Warm flatbreads slightly.



Assemble wraps: add crispy chicken, drizzle with hot honey and garlic yogurt sauce, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.


Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
